Seb Caudron is an acclaimed director and visual effects supervisor. Seb began his career as a flame artist and one of the most sought-after visual effects talents in the industry and has since brought his multidisciplinary expertise to feature films, music videos, and commercials.
Seb’s visual style is propelled by his insistence on continuously pushing creative boundaries for pioneering new ways of exploring the potential of an image on screen, often creating highly designed worlds. Following his famed early career in the visual effects industry, Seb’s foray into narrative storytelling was amplified by his hands-on approach for creative and art direction. An artist adept at traversing between a range of visual mediums including film, photography, dance, and digital art, Seb has also built a career that highly values collaboration in the creative process. He has often collaborated with other directors as a Second Unit Director, notably on the Oscar-winning movie La Vie en Rose by Olivier Dahan

Seb is an independent, award-winning visual effects supervisor and a respected figure in the VFX industry, with over 30 years of experience across numerous global studios. Always pushing boundaries both technically and artistically, he strives for innovation across his body of work as a supervisor, creative director and artist. His VFX experience spans every stage of production: from script development and early creative discussions, through budgeting and shot breakdowns, to prep, physical production and post-production. He is also a pioneer in virtual production (XR) and frequently serves as second unit director when projects require a strong integration of VFX and on-set direction.
